Qrite wants to make it easy for you to collect customer feedback. We enable you to select the channels you want to use to request feedback during setup.
But if you want to change, select or remove a channel from your initial settings, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Shopify admin -> Apps.
Step 2: Select Qrite.
Step 3: From the top navigation, select Settings.
Step 4: Scroll down to find Feedback Channels.
Step 5: Select or remove the channels you want to use to request customer feedback with Qrite using the checkboxes.
Click on Save.
