We understand that your goals for collecting customer feedback will change with time. This is why we have made it simple for you to change the questions as you need.
To do this, you need to:
Step 1: Go to Shopify admin -> Apps -> Qrite
Step 2: From the top navigation, click on Settings
Step 3: Scroll down to Questions.
Here you will see the existing feedback format and questions you’re making use of. You can change/ modify the question or format you use by simply selecting that option.
Remember to click Save if you make any changes.
